Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum is 100 units for each product. The unit price goes down at 250, 500 and 1000, and for larger volumes we prepare a quote based on your exact quantity.
What file should I send?
Vector artwork is ideal, in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format. If you cannot supply vector, a PNG with high resolution is acceptable.
Don't have a file ready? Give us your website address and we will take the logo from it.
How many colors can my logo have?
Up to three colors, with pricing based on each color for every unit. Beyond three colors, or for special color combinations, we give a separate quote for the project.
Can I see it before I commit?
Absolutely. Your logo is placed on the actual item and a proof is sent to you. Production does not begin until you approve it.
How long does production take?
Expect 10 to 15 business days once the proof is approved and payment is confirmed. Shipping typically adds about 10 business days, varying by destination. Faster schedules can be arranged if you ask.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, your quote already covers shipping estimates and import duties.
